(1) If you are unavailable for training or playing, please notify your Team leader asap.

(2) Always have your football kit in good order.

(3) You should always be tidy in appearance, both on and off the field.

(4) Swearing while taking part in Club activities will not be tolerated.

(5) Referees decisions must not be influenced or questioned.

(6) If found taking drugs or alcohol, you will instantly be expelled from the Club.

(7) You have a duty to report any approach by ANY club for your services to your Team Leader.

(8) Weekly fee and Annual Membership fee must be paid to your Team Leader.

(9) Any queries, grievances, problems ...... In the first instance speak to your Team Leader.
